Check-in and Deposit:
  • Valid ID Required: A valid photo ID is required at check-in. No ID, No Room.
  • Deposit Required: A $200 deposit is required when you book a room. This will be refunded in 10 to 15 business days after check-out if all rules are followed and no damage or extra cleaning is required.

Welcome to S1 Motel

Your comfort, safety, and privacy are important to us. Please read and follow the rules below.

 

Motel Rules:
  • Check-in Time: Check-in time is 2:00 PM.
  • heck-out Time: Check-out time is 9:30AM-10:00 AM. Late check-outs must be approved by reception and may incur a fee. Early check-out without reason is non-refundable. For valid reasons, contact reception within 15–20 minutes after your check-in to be eligible for a refund.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. A $200 cleaning fee will apply for smoking indoors, and your stay will be immediately terminated without a refund.
  • Pets Policy: No pets are allowed. Even registered service animals are not permitted.
  • Visitor Policy: Visitors are allowed until 08:00 PM. No overnight guests are permitted unless registered with reception.
  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 08:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the comfort of other guests. Penalty may apply if noise is reported or disturbances occur during these hours.
  • Property Damage and Cleaning: You will be charged for any property damage or extra cleaning required due to misuse. A minimum $100 charge applies. If you attempt to remove or tamper with alarms, the police will be informed.
  • Room Servicing: Rooms are serviced between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. For longer stays, cleaning service will be provided after 3 days. If you require cleaning before that, please inform reception by calling or texting the reception number, or by visiting the office.
  • Lost Key Fee: A $89 replacement fee applies for any lost or unreturned room keys or access cards.
  • Parking Policy: Only one vehicle is allowed per room. Please Park in designated motel parking spaces only.
  • Additional Requests: If you need anything extra, such as towels, bedsheets, tea, or coffee, please call the office or text the reception number. If there is no immediate response, leave a message, and they will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Check Room and Cupboards: Please check your toilet cupboard and room cupboard first if you cannot find something. If it is still missing, then call reception. The AC remote is placed on the wall holder, please check near or behind the curtain, and the TV remote is on the table.
